Napier Murphy grew up in Thomasville, Georgia. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University where he also received a master’s degree. He earned his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States where he successfully argued the case of Holder v. Hall. Mr. Murphy has authored numerous articles and spoken at many seminars regarding Workers’ Compensation Law. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at Mercer University, where he taught workers' compensation law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Murphy is also a Georgia Certified Mediator. His practice is limited to Alternate Dispute Resolution/Mediation. Mr. Murphy is Of Counsel to the firm.
