Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir, LLC is dedicated to aggressive claims handling following any work-related accident. Our ultimate goal is to assist clients in establishing a comprehensive Risk Management program to prevent claims from occurring. Such programs must include a focus on accident avoidance and mitigation of exposure for workers’ compensation claims. Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir, LLC provides Risk Management training at no charge to clients in order to create a comprehensive workers’ compensation program with the safety of the employee as the top priority. Internal systems are assessed and recommendations made in areas such as:

  • Selecting physicians for your posted panel with an emphasis on maintaining
  • Compliance with posted panel requirements;
  • Hiring;
  • Use of post-offer medical questionnaires in an ADA compliant manner;
  • Post-accident procedures;
  • Drug-free work place;
  • Light-duty return to work programs; and
  • Termination timing and procedures.

In many circumstances, new clients will have a very comprehensive Risk Management system in place which needs slight or no modification. In such situations, Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir, LLC maintains a relationship to include providing immediate and regular updates of changes in the legal environment. This includes case law updates and other timely Risk Management issues through regular seminars and newsletters. Additionally, a regular assessment of your posted panel of physicians is made with recommendations of changes when deemed necessary. Relationships with medical providers are further maintained through on-site meetings to cover such issues as job safety and ergonomic training for accident avoidance.

Finally, it is the goal of the firm to remain available and accessible at all times to the employer and insurer. This is a commitment to which there are no exceptions.
