UPDATE FOR EMPLOYERS: Mandatory Poster for The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act)

 Dear Friends,

The U.S. Department of Labor has published a mandatory poster for the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) that must be conspicuously displayed in the workplace along with your other legal notices and posters (e.g., Georgia WC Posted Panel of Physicians, FLSA Poster, FMLA Poster, etc.).  The provisions of this Act go into effect on April 1st according to the Department (or April 2nd depending one’s reading of the Act).

We strongly recommend that this poster be displayed as soon as possible prior to that time.

There is a version for non-federal employees here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/posters/FFCRA_Poster_WH1422_Non-Federal.pdf, and a copy is attached to this update.

For this who need it, there is also a version for federal employees available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/posters/FFCRA_Poster_WH1422_Federal.pdf, though it only applies to employees of the federal government.

While alternate languages may be available in the future, at the time of this update the poster is only available in English from the DOL.
